Michael Crowe
Michael is an experienced coach, who understands the power of alignment from an individual through to a large group in both their professional and personal development. He works with leaders in the corporate sector, elite athletes and coaches in the sports sector, and future le aders in the education sector. He loves supporting emerging leaders around their personal and commercial vision and developing the leadership and communication skills to open up others to new challenges.
Prior to joining TFK Michael successfully ran his own coaching consultancy in the education, sports and corporate diversity sectors. He has been an education behaviour consultant in both western Sydney and London, predominantly focused on supporting staff and students in their personal development and communication skills, from one-to-one to whole school projects. Michael is a former tennis coach and former international tennis umpire.
Michael offers his clients a loyalty and focus on relationships whilst supporting their personal and professional growth. He loves travelling, sport and a good-natured banter with friends and family alike.
