Clive Hyland
Clive joined Think Feel Know in 2007. He coaches across the across the business spectrum from Major Corporates to SME's. He has also coached within Education and in Professional Sport, including football and golf.
Throughout his business career, Clive has maintained an acute interest in people, what makes them "tick" and what motivates them to perform. This has extended to a fascination with business leadership and what creates organisational success. Much of Clive's former career was spent developing successful businesses. This included roles as COO of Ericsson's fixed network division in the UK and 5 years as CEO of Pink Roccade, a mid-tier IT Services company, which he took from £10m revenue to £70m in 5 years.
This was preceded, after graduation at Warwick University, with a 12 year period in HR (in Lucas Industries and Thorn EMI) and 12 years in Business/Operations Management.
Clive is comfortable with working with individuals, teams or organisations and is passionate about the opportunity coaching offers people to create better choices for enriching their lives.
