David Chapman
David is an experienced coach who is passionate about improving co mmunication for individuals, teams, and organisations. He works with mid-tier and corporate organisations in the finance, legal, creative and professional services sectors, along with individuals and teams in both education and central government. He is focused on creating dynamic learning environments that promote growth in communication and leadership capabilities.
Prior to becoming part of Think Feel Know as a UK shareholding partner in 2007, David was a successful training designer and provider. His commitment to interpersonal communication and group dynamics led him to complete a postgraduate qualification in Personal & Organisational Emotional Intelligence in 2003, whilst developing his own L&D consultancy, the Active Training Team. In the last five years, he has worked with many organisations, amongst them internationally renowned companies such as AIG, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, and Dell Inc, along with HM Govt, and over 500 UK schools and colleges.
David is fully committed to supporting his clients in their personal growth and development and acquisition of new skill sets. He is an enthusiastic, if occasionally imprecise guitarist, a firm believer in the relative merits of Tolstoy and Biggles, and harbours a wildly improbable dream about being a lunchtime guest on BBC's Test Match Special.
