UNDERSTANDING COACHING

 

Coaching is an interactive process using skills, tools and processes that help people make decisions, solve problems, and improve their performance.  Coaching is one of several methodologies used with teams, groups and businesses.

 

Our coaching methodology combines skills, process and language.  We use a variety of questioning techniques and listening skills, which enables our coaches to be able to get to the heart of the matter.  We coach people 1 to 1 and in groups through five layers of coaching – ensuring we support them to achieve their vision and goals.

 

The outcome of our coaching methodology creates awareness, supports informed choices being made, and makes connections with people.  Through the coaching, we are helping people who are:

·           in transition within their life, their career, their relationships,

·           focused on maximizing their performance in their chosen field,

·           building, creating and maintaining relationships in all areas of their life.

 

Ultimately, it is the personal connections and interactive nature of Coaching that increases the speed of transitions, improved performance and relationships that provide personal and sustainable growth with long term results.
