Continuing professional development is key to Louise to ensure that she keeps her approach fresh and innovative. Her spare time is dominated by her very waggly springer spaniel who keeps her fit, but she is also regularly seen sailing, skiing and climbing mountains. In addition, she has travelled the world leading charity fund raising groups on experiences of a lifetime.
