Rod Clark is a founding partner and Director of Think Feel Know. He is a career professional in the Education sector with a natural ability to engage. He has developed lifetime skills that enable students, parents and staff to reach their potential in their chosen endeavours. Rod applies his theoretical and practical knowledge of the Education sector to enhance communication in successful leadership and management of individuals and teams.
Rod's most current roles include Head of Department and School Sports Master. These roles have allowed Rod clear opportunities to develop his skills in managing energy within teams - either formal business teams or in a sporting sense. In fact, Rod has completed Level 1 coaching certificates in the sports of Rugby League and Outrigger Canoe paddling which, as an eclectic mix, reflects Rod's varied interests and passions.
He has implemented new work programs into schools' curriculums, and has actively mentored student and early-career teachers through utilisation of his skills in empathy and engagement. He has also dedicated himself to the passion of working with disadvantaged students.
He is now focussing his energy on being a committed and passionate Communications Coach with Think Feel Know (Australia) Ltd. Rod has completed a Level 4 in Training and Assessment and embraces the creation of purpose, clarity and excellence.
Rod maintains an interest in sport through rugby league, competing in triathlons and can frequently be found in the water, either surfing or on his stand-up paddle board. He is also handy around a golf course. Rod has a beautiful wife, and three terrific young sons.
